It has been very easy to (ha! who am I kidding) I have finally reached the point where my day's beginning is well established. I connect with body and spirit, I stretch, I journal, I reiki. I have quick practices and long, in depth practices depending on how much time I have.
It is time to really work on my end of day practice. I think this will help the processing of events and feelings and lessons. And I think it will help me get out of bed the next morning, because I'll be more ready to begin the project of the new day, instead of still dwelling on the unfinished business of the old.
So today, I am planning to practice consciously ending my day.
