Just breathe...

Today's Happiness Practice is to just breathe.

No emotional connection.
No analysis.
No recrimin
ations.
No plans and intentions and trying to goad myself or judge myself or motivate myself.
No muscling.
No shoulds.


Just breathe. Sit. Breathe.

No distractions.
No stuffing.
No engaging mind and body to avoid things.
No emotional expectation or avoidance.
No explaining or excusing myself to myself.


Just breathe.

That is all I have to do today.
